UK Scholarship Award: The Semi-Finalists Announced

영국에서 가장 열정적인 신인 요리사 및 레스토랑 운영자로부터 많은 감동적인 신청서를 받고, 패널들의 많은 심의를 거쳐 르꼬르동 블루는 올해 영국의 장학금 준결승 진출자를 선정했습니다.

지역 준결승전 참가자가 르꼬르동블루 마스터 요리사와 게스트 쉐프로 구성된 심사위원에 의해 심사를 받게 됩니다. 올해의 Andrew Fairlie, Michael Bates, Kenny Atkinson 와 Adam Byatt 가 그들의 레스토랑에서 이 권위있는 대회를 지원하기로 했습니다.

장학금에 한걸음 더 가까워 진 30명의 지원자는 아래와 같습니다.

이 지원자중 한명은 르꼬르동블루 런던 캠퍼스에서 Diplôme de Cuisine 와 Diploma in Culinary Management 수업을 받게 되며 숙소를 제공받게 됩니다.

여기에 장학금 우승자는 미슐랭 스타쉐프 Phil Howard 의 레스토랑인 The Square 에서 인턴쉽을 하게 됩니다.
